After Samsung Galaxy Mega On being spotted on TENAA last month in September 2015, the Samsung Galaxy Grand On smartphone has paid a visit to TENAA, revealing its specifications.
As per the listing, the Galaxy Grand On will be powered by a 1.2GHz dual-core processor paired with 1GB of RAM. There will be a 5.1-inch display onboard with resolution of 1280×720 pixels. Other leaked specifications of the device include 8 mega pixel rear camera, 5 mega pixel front facing camera and 8GB of internal memory with expandable support. On software front, it will run Android 5.1 Lollipop operating system. The listing shows that it will measure 142×71.9×8.5 mm in dimensions and weigh 140 grams.
Spec-sheet of the Samsung Galaxy Grand on hints that it could be the Galaxy O5 smartphone which has been leaked previously.

There is no word on when Samsung plans to launch the Samsung Galaxy Grand On smartphone. We expect the company to make an official launch announcement in the coming months.
On the other hand, the Galaxy Mega On is said to come with a 1.2 GHz quad-core Qualcomm MSM8916 Snapdragon 410 processor, 1GB of RAM, 5.5-inch HD (1280×720 pixels resolution) display, Android 5.1.1 Lollipop operating system, 8GB internal memory (expandable via microSD card), 13 mega pixel auto focus rear camera with LED flash, 5 mega pixel front camera and 3000mAh battery.
Samsung also launched its Galaxy J1 Ace smartphone in India last month in September 2015 for Rs. 6,300. Specifications of the device include 1.3GHz dual-core processor, 512MB of RAM, Android 4.4 KitKat operating system, 4.3-inch Super AMOLED (800×480 pixels resolution) display, 4GB internal memory (expandable up to 128GB using microSD card), 5 mega pixel auto focus rear camera with LED flash, 2 mega pixel front facing camera and 1800mAh battery.
