The Samsung Galaxy F42 5G comes with a starting price of Rs 20,999 for the 6GB RAM variant. The 8GB RAM model comes with a price tag of Rs 22,999.
The new smartphone comes in Matte Aqua and Matte Black color options. It will be available from October 3 through Flipkart, Samsung Online Store, and select retail outlets.
As part of launch offers, the Samsung Galaxy F42 5G is available at an introductory price of Rs 17,999 and Rs 19,999 for the 6GB and 8GB RAM variants, respectively.

The Samsung Galaxy F42 5G is powered by an octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 700 processor along with up to 8GB RAM and 128GB internal storage.
The new handset is backed by a 5,000mAh battery that supports fast charging. it comes bundled with a 15W charger.

On the back, the Samsung Galaxy F42 5G sports a triple camera setup with a 64-megapixel primary sensor, a 5MP ultra-wide-angle lens, and a 2MP depth sensor.
Camera features include Hyperlapse, Slow Motion, Food Mode, Night Mode, Panorama, and Pro Mode. For selfies and video calling, the smartphone features an 8-megapixel front camera.

The Samsung Galaxy F42 5G runs Android 11 OS with One UI 3.1 on top. It comes with Dolby Atmos support to deliver an immersive sound experience.
