The new A-series smartphones is an upgraded version of the Galaxy A30 handset. It comes with several improvements in terms of design, cameras, etc.

The new smartphone is powered by an octa-core (2 x 1.8GHz Cortex-A73 cores + 6 x 1.6GHz Cortex-A53 cores) Exynos 7904 processor and 4GB RAM.
The 64GB internal storage can be further expanded via a microSD card slot (up to 512GB). The 4,000mAh battery comes with 15W fast charging support.
Camera
On the back, the Samsung Galaxy A30s sports a triple camera set up. It includes a 25-megapixel primary sensor (f/1.7 aperture), an 8-megapixel ultra-wide-angle camera, and a 5-megapixel depth sensor.
For selfies and video calling, the handset sports a 16-megapixel front camera with f/2.0 aperture.

The Samsung Galaxy A30 runs Android 9 Pie operating system with One UI on top. It comes with NFC support.
The dual-SIM smartphone features a 6.4-inch Infinity-V Super AMOLED display with HD+ (720 x 1560 pixels) resolution and an in-display fingerprint sensor.
The new handset features a 3D design with a glossy pattern. It comes in Prism Crush Violet, Prism Crush Black, and Prism Crush White color options.
