The new smartphone is powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 680 processor and 6GB RAM. The 128GB internal storage can be further expanded (up to 1TB) via a micro SD card slot.
In terms of optics, the Samsung Galaxy A05s sports a 50-megapixel wide-angle camera (f/1.8 aperture). It is paired with a 2-megapixel macro camera (f/2.4 aperture) and a 2-megapixel depth camera (f/2.4 aperture).
For selfies and video calling, the new handset features a 13-megapixel front camera (f/2.0 aperture). It is backed by a 5,000mAh battery that supports 25W charging.

The Samsung Galaxy A05s runs Android 13 OS with One UI 5.1 interface on top. Connectivity options include 4G LTE, dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.1, GPS, a USB Type-C port, and a 3.5mm audio jack.
The dual-SIM (Nano) smartphone sports a 6.7-inch PLS LCD display with full-HD+ (1,080 x 2,4000 pixels) resolution. In terms of dimensions, it measures 168.0 x 77.8 x 8.8mm and weighs 194g.
For security, the Samsung Galaxy A05s comes with a fingerprint sensor. Other sensors on the device include an accelerometer, a light sensor, and a proximity sensor.
