The Samsung Galaxy A01 has been listed on the company’s official site. However, the price and launch date are not yet known.

The new handset is powered by an octa-core processor and 6GB/ 8GB RAM. The 128GB internal storage can be further expanded via a dedicated microSD card.
In terms of optics, the Samsung Galaxy A01 sports a dual-camera setup on the back. It combines a 13MP primary sensor (f/2.2 aperture) with a 2MP secondary sensor (f/2.4).
For selfies and video calling, the budget smartphone sports a 5MP front camera with f/2.0 aperture. It is backed by a 3,000mAh battery.

The dual-SIM smartphone measures 146.3 x 70.86 x 8.34mm. Sensors on the device include a proximity sensor, an ambient light sensor, and an accelerometer.
