The Redmi Note 9 5G series will be launched in China on November 26. As of now, there is no information about its price tag.
The new series will include the Redmi Note 9 5G, Redmi Note 9 Pro 5G, and 4G-only Redmi Note 9 smartphones
The Redmi Note 8 Pro was launched in India at Rs 14,999 for the 6GB RAM/ 64GB storage variant. It is now available at Rs 13,999.
The 6GB RAM/ 128GB storage and 8GB RAM/ 128GB storage models cost Rs 15,999 and Rs 17,999.

As per recent leaks and reports, the next-generation Redmi Note smartphones will sport a square-shaped quad rear camera set up with a 108-megapixel primary sensor.
Both the Redmi Note 9 and Redmi Note 9 Pro are said to feature a 6.67-inch display with a 120Hz refresh rate and a punch-hole design.
The upcoming handsets are tipped to come with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 750G processor, 5G support, up to 12GB RAM, and up to 256GB storage.
The Redmi Note 9 Pro is tipped to be backed by a 4,820mAh battery with 33W fast charging support. It will run the Android 10 operating system with MIUI 11 on top
Additional features will include dual speakers, a 3.5mm audio, Z-axis linear motor, NFC support, Hi-Res Audio support, and IR blaster.
