The Redmi Note 7 Pro is priced in India at Rs 15,999 for the new 6GB RAM/ 64GB storage variant. It will be available for purchase through Mi.com and Flipkart.
On the other hand, the Redmi Note 7 Pro price starts at Rs 13,999 for the 4GB RAM/ 64GB variant. A 6GB RAM/ 128GB storage version costs Rs 16,999.

The Redmi Note 7 Pro is powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 675 processor (based on 11nm process) along with 4GB/ 6GB RAM, and 64GB/ 128GB internal storage (expandable up to 256GB). The 4,000mAh battery comes with Quick Charge 4 support.
In terms of optics, the new smartphone sports a dual camera setup on the back. It combines a 48-megapixel Sony IMX586 sensor (with f/1.8 aperture) with a 5-megapixel secondary sensor. Additional features include AI-support and LED flash.
For selfies and video calling, the handset sports a 13-megapixel front camera. It can also 4K video recording (similar to the rear camera).

The Redmi Note 7 Pro runs Android Oreo operating system with MIUI 10 on top. Connectivity options include 4G VoLTE, Bluetooth, WiFi, USB Type-C port, and a 3.5mm audio jack. The new handset comes in Neptune Blue (with a gradient finish), Nebula Red (with a gradient finish), and Space Black color options.
The dual-SIM smartphone sports a 6.3-inch LTPS display with full-HD+ (1080 x 2340 pixels) resolution, waterdrop-shaped notch, and 19.5:9 aspect ratio. It supports 450 nits brightness, 84 percent NTSC color gamut, and Corning Gorilla Glass 5.
The handset also features 2.5D glass protection up front and at the back. A fingerprint sensor is placed on the back.

Conclusion
Recently, Xiaomi has decided to part ways with the ‘Redmi’ brand. It will serve as a separate sub-brand (similar to POCO). Lei Jun (Xiaomi CEO) has confirmed that the new sub-brand will focus on bringing e-commerce friendly devices.
On the other hand, the ‘Mi models’ will focus more on mid to high-end devices. The Redmi Note 7 was the first smartphone under the ‘Redmi by Xiaomi’ sub-brand.
