Price and Availability
The Redmi K40 series is expected to be launched on February 25. However, there is no information about its price tag.
The new series is expected to include Redmi K40 and Redmi K40 Pro smartphones. Both models will feature triple rear cameras and Snapdragon 888 SoC.
The Redmi K40 is also touted to offer a “great” battery performance, an ergonomic design, and stereo speakers.

As per recent reports and leaks, the Redmi K40 will sport an “ultimate screen-to-body-ratio” with the “world’s smallest” hole-punch display design.
The new smartphone is expected to feature a flat display with a minimal hole-punch design (2.8mm). The selfie camera is expected to be placed in the center towards the top.
Both the Redmi K40 and the Redmi K40 Pro are said to sport 6.81-inch E4 AMOLED displays with a resolution of 1,440 x 3,200 pixels and a 120Hz refresh rate.
While the Redmi K40 will be backed by a 4,520mAh battery, the Redmi K40 Pro is expected to come with a 5,000mAh battery.
Additionally, the upcoming handset is said to come with a 108-megapixel primary camera, 33W fast charging support, and a Snapdragon 888 SoC.
For audio, the Remdi K40 series is teased to come with Dolby Atoms, Stereo speakers, and Hi-Res audio certification.
Previous reports suggested that the Redmi K40 series could have three different SoC options, including the Snapdragon 870 and MediaTek Dimensity 1200.
