The Redmi A3 is priced in India at Rs 7,299 for the 3GB RAM/ 64GB storage variant. While the 4GB RAM/ 128GB storage model costs Rs 8,299, the 6GB RAM/ 128GB storage variant comes at Rs 9,299.
The new smartphone comes in Midnight Black, Lake Blue, and Olive Green. It will be available from February 23 through Flipkart, Mi.com, Mi Home stores, and retail stores.

The Redmi A3 is powered by a 2.2 GHz Octa-Core MediaTek Helio G36 12nm processor along with IMG PowerVR GE8320 GPU, 3GB / 4GB /6GB LPDDR4X RAM, and up to 6GB virtual RAM.
The 64GB / 128GB eMMC 5.1 internal storage can be further expanded (up to 1TB) via a micro SD card. It is backed by a 5000mAh battery with 10W charging support.
For photos and videos, the Redmi A3 sports an 8MP rear camera (f/2.0 aperture) which is paired with a secondary camera and an LED flash. On the front, the company has added a 5MP front camera.

The Redmi A3 runs the Android 13 Go Edition operating system. Connectivity options include Dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 5.0, GPS + GLONASS, a 3.5mm audio jack, an FM Radio, and a USB Type-C port.
The Dual SIM (nano + nano + microSD) smartphone measures 168.3 x 76.3 x 8.32mm. A fingerprint scanner is placed on the side.
Both the Lake Blue and Midnight Black versions feature a glass-back design. On the other hand, the Olive Green model comes with a leather-like design.
The 6.71-inch IPS LCD screen comes with an HD+ (1650 x 720 pixels) resolution, a 90Hz refresh rate, and Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection.
