The Xiaomi Redmi 8A is tipped to come in three storage variants. It will be laucnhed in India on September 25.
As of now, there is no information about its price tag. The Redmi 7A was launched at Rs 5,999.

According to recent listings and leaks, the Xiaomi Redmi 8A will be powered by a 2.0GHz octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 439 processor. It is tipped to come in three RAM/ internal storage variants – 2GB RAM/ 16GB storage, 3GB RAM/ 32GB storage, and 4GB RAM/ 64GB storage.
In terms of optics, the upcoming smartphone will sport 12-megapixel rear camera. For selfies and video calling, it will sport an 8-megapixel front camera.
The Redmi 8A is said to be backed by a 5,000mAh battery.
