Japanese company Panasonic launched its P90 smartphone in India on 20th June 2018. It is a part of the company’s P-series. According to the company, the Panasonic P90 is powered by a MediaTek MT6737 SoC paired with 1GB RAM. The handset has a multi-mode camera with Beauty mode, Panorama mode etc. It also has Smart Action and Smart Gestures features. According to the company, these features will users use many functions easily. The display is built with Corning Gorilla Glass protection. It is to protect the handset display from damage.
Panasonic P90 Price And Availability
The handset has an entry-level price of Rs. 5,999. It will be sold in Black, Blue, and Gold color variants.
Panasonic P90 will be competing against the likes of Xiaomi handsets.
The handset will be sold through offline retailers from 20th June 2018.
Panasonic India’s Business Head, Mobility Divison, Pankaj Rana said, “Post our association with Corning, we are happy to launch another P-series device, P90, with Corning Gorilla Glass protection which will keep the device protected from all damage and scratches. The stylish device is launched to target the youth, letting them explore the new innovation and technology.”
Panasonic P90 Specs
The handset supports dual-Micro SIM. It runs Android 7.0 Nougat. The display has a 5-inch HD (720×1280 pixels) 2.5D curved glass. P90 is powered by a quad-core MediaTek MT6737 processor. It is clocked at 1.25GHz. Its RAM is 1GB.

In the camera department, the smartphone sports a 5-megapixel rear camera. It is supported with autofocus and an LED flash. Upfront, there is a 5-megapixel selfie shooter. It also has a LED flash.
The handset is also powered by a 2400mAh battery.
In terms of storage, the P90 has an inbuilt 16GB, which is expandable through microSD card till 128GB. The connectivity department includes 4G LTE, Bluetooth 4.1, GPS, Wi-Fi, USB OTG, and FM radio. The P90’s sensors are an accelerometer, ambient light sensor, and proximity sensor.
