Huawei has launched its Honor 7 smartphone in China. As for specifications, the device comes with an octa-core HiSilicon Kirin 935 processor paired with Mali-T628 MP4 GPU and 3GB of RAM. It runs Android 5.0 Lollipop wrapped under Emotion UI 3.1 and features a 5.2-inch display with 1920×1080 pixels resolution. The 20 mega pixel rear camera comes with phase detection auto focus which is claimed to deliver auto focus speeds of 0.1 seconds.

The device is backed up by a 3100mAh battery which entails quick charging feature that fully charges the phone fully in 1 hour 25 minutes and to 50 percent in 30 minutes.

Celkon Campus A35K Remote With Universal Remote Launched For Rs. 3,199: Specs & Features

Celkon has launched a new smartphone in its Campus series called the Celkon Campus A35K Remote. As the name implies, the smartphone comes with a universal remote option which lets the users control Television, Set Top Box, DVD Players, Air conditioners and more using IR transmitter. It allows users to set reminders, favorites and channel guide in just one click.

As for specifications, the Campus A35K Remote  is powered by a 1GHz processor paired with 256MB of RAM. Running Android 4.4.2 KitKat operating system, it features a 3.5-inch display with 480×320 pixels resolution. There is 512MB of inbuilt storage which is expandable up to 32GB using microSD card.

Xolo Cube 5.0 With 2GB RAM, 5-inch Display Launched At Rs. 8,888: Specs & Features

Xolo has announced the launch of upgraded variant of its Xolo Cube 5.0 smartphone. The new variant comes with 2GB of RAM as opposed to 1GB RAM of the previous model. Another difference between the two models is that the new Cube 5.0 comes with a 5 mega pixel front facing camera and features 85% NTSC colour gamut on the display. The previous model on the other hand, packs a 2 mega pixel front camera.

As for specifications, the Xolo Cube 5.0 (2GB) is powered by a quad-core MediaTek MT6582M processor clocked at 1.3GHz paired with Mali-400 GPU and 2GB of RAM. Running Android 5.0 Lollipop operating system, it features a  5-inch HD IPS display with 1280×720 pixels resolution and 294ppi pixel density.

Facebook Lite App Goes Official In India: Details Inside

Facebook has finally launched the 2G friendly Facebook Lite app in India. As the name suggests, the Lite version of Facebook is for the users with slow connections. It uses less data and is less than 1MB. The new version of Facebook is essentially for those users who have poor internet connection limited to 2G.

There are more than a billion of Facebook users across the world who access Facebook from various devices. Facebook understands that data networks of some users can be slow and hence the launch of Facebook Lite. Users can send and receive Facebook messages within the app and it can be downloaded from the Google Play Store.

Asus has launched two new models of Asus X555 notebooks in India- X555LJ-XX177H and X555LJ-XX132H. Both notebooks feature ASUS SonicMaster and AudioWizard technologies for superior sound quality.

There are four optimized modes available with the technology namely- Normal mode which is meant for daily work; Theater mode for the ultimate movie experience; Vivid mode for those who want to focus on photographs and Intense image viewing; and lastly Manual mode which is an adjustment mode and gives numerous adjustment options to the users.

Xiaomi Redmi Note 4G India Price Slashed By Rs. 2,000, Now Available At Rs. 7,999

Xiaomi has dropped the price of Xiaomi Redmi Note 4G India by Rs. 2,000. The handset was launched at Rs. 9,999 in November last year. Now after the price slash, the handset can be grabbed for Rs. 7,999. It is now available to purchase from Mi.com, online retailers- Flipkart, Amazon, Snapdeal and offline retailers- Mobile Stores and Airtel stores. This move is essentially to take on the other 4G phones available in the Indian market such as Yu Yuphoria and Lenovo A6000 Plus.

Xiaomi also announced reduction in the price of Mi 4 16GB variant earlier this month. The Xiaomi Mi 4 16GB variant is now available to buy for Rs. 14,999 instead of original price of Rs. 19,999.
