Lava Made Next-Gen Android One Smartphone Likely To Launch On July 27

While earlier reports were hinting at Lava made next-gen Android One smartphone’s launch on July 14, it did not happen. Now Lava has sent out invites for an event scheduled in New Delhi on July 27 where it is likely to take the wraps off the next-gen Android One smartphone. The invite sent by the company reads- ” Witness the Power of 1.” The 1 in the invite is formed by several features which the device will offer.

As far as specifications of the device go, it will be powered by a MediaTek processor coupled with 2GB of RAM and feature a 5-inch display. More details about the handset are likely to surface on July 27 at the time of launch. Stay tuned with us for more developments on this story!

Casio has expanded its LampFree projectors portfolio with the launch of Casio EcoLiteT XJ-V1 projector in India. The budget friendly projector is targeted towards educators and businesses across the country.

The device is powered by Casio’s 5th generation Laser & LED Hybrid Light Source technology which generates high brightness and a 20,000-hour estimated lifespan by combining laser, fluorescent element and LEDs. It makes sure to emit lower CO2 by reduced power consumption thereby reducing harmful impact of mercury on the environment. The throw ratio of EcoLiteT XJ-V1  is 54-1.71: 1 and it has XGA resolution of 1024 x 768 pixels which is appropriate for showing content from computer sources or videos.

Motorola Moto X 3rd Gen Images Leaked

Ahead of probable launch on July 28, leaked images of Motorola Moto X 3rd Gen have surfaced online. The alleged images show front facing camera accompanied with LED flash. The device is also said to feature a  fingerprint sensor in the bottom speaker which will require users to swipe across the speaker to unlock the phone.

As for specifications, it is said to arrive with hexa-core Snapdragon 808 processor, 4GB of RAM, Android 5.1.1 operating system, 5.2-inch Quad-HD AMOLED display, 32GB/64GB of inbuilt storage, 16 mega pixel rear camera, 5 mega pixel front facing camera and a 3280mAh battery.

Motorola has slashed the prices of both 3G and 4G variants of its Motorola Moto E (Gen 2) smartphone in India. After price cut of Rs. 1,000, the 3G variant can now be grabbed for Rs. 5,999 while the 4G variant will be available for Rs. 6,999. The 3G and 4G Moto E (Gen 2) variants were originally priced at 6,999 and 7,999 respectively.

Both devices are available to buy from online retailer Flipkart at the new prices. Both the devices are available bundled with few exciting offers for the buyers. The phones come with exchange offer of up to Rs. 2,000 on Flipkart besides double data offer for Airtel customers for two months.

Sony has launched its 2015 Sony Android TV line-up in the Indian market. It consists of a total of 5 series comprising of 13 models with sizes ranging from 43-inch to 75-inch.
