Micromax has expanded its Vdeo series of smartphones with the launch of Micromax Vdeo 5. The phone has been spotted listed online for Rs. 6,749. Under the hood, it packs a 1.1GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 210 MSM8909 processor paired with Adreno 304 GPU. The phone runs Android 6.0 Marshmallow operating system. It features a 5.5-inch HD IPS display with 1280×720 pixels resolution and 267ppi pixel density. The screen is protected against scratches by Corning Gorilla glass.
HTC has launched a new HTC 10 series smartphone in India. Called the HTC 10 evo, the phone was previously launched in Taiwan and UK in November 2016. It is the global variant of HTC Bolt that was launched in the US in 2016. Intex has launched three new smartphones in the Aqua series, dubbed the Intex Aqua Crystal, Aqua Supreme+ and Aqua 4.0.
