Byond B65 Dual SIM 5 Inch Phablet Launched At Rs. 9200

Byond, the Indian electronics manufacturer is on a launch spree in the Indian smartphone market and in sync with that has launched another 5 inch phablet in the market, and the latest 5 inch phablet has been named B65 which will retail for Rs.9,200. It will 5-inch WVGA display which will have a resolution of 800×480 pixels. It will come with a dual-core processor clocked at 1.2 GHz which means it will have a pretty decent performance.

The phablet will come with dual SIM functionality and will run on Android 4.0.4 Ice Cream Sandwich. There will be 512 MB of RAM on offer and there will be 4GB of internal storage on offer as well. The highlight of the smartphone will be the 8 megalpixel snapper at the back with LED flash while there will be a secondary camera unit as well on offer with a resolution of 1.3 megapixels. So the phablet has got its camera frontier covered pretty well.

Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 Prices Dropped- More Value For Money Now

Samsung’s share in the tablet market has been worst hit in India in recent times with the Indian electronics manufacturers raising the bar so high that Samsung’s well priced products seem to look overpriced and underpowered for the price they command. So in a bid to regain the lost share, Samsung has reduced the prices of its budget tablet, Galaxy Tab 2 P3110 which comes in Wi-Fi and Wi-Fi and 3G avatars. The price drop places the Samsung offering at par with the ones from Indians manufacturers.

The Wi-Fi version of the tablet, Tab 2 P3111 which currently sells for Rs.13,999 now sees a reduction in price and will now sell for Rs.12,999 which is the price at which most of the decently specced budget tablets retail. The Wi-Fi and 3G version, Tab 2 P3110, which has been selling for a price of around Rs.18,000-19,000 in the Indian market, will sell for Rs.15,999 which makes it quite the VFM tablet in the price range and voice calling functionality adds to its appeal.

Firefox For Android 20 Beta Released- Supports Low End Phones Now

On 19 Feb 2013, Firefox 19 was launched for android. It has built in PDF viewer. So you don’t need a third party software to view pdf files on your android device. Before launching beta 20, users need to install a third party app. And the main problem with Firefox 19 is that it does not work on lower-end phones. It also does not has theme support and Chinese localization.
