Sony is rolling out Android 4.3 update for Sony Xperia SP

Yesterday, we told you that Sony Xperia Z, Sony Xperia ZL and Sony Xperia ZR getting Android 4.3 firmware update. Now today Xperia blog also mentioned that Sony is also rolling out Android 4.3 Jelly Bean update for Sony Xperia SP too. The Xperia Blog says that the update started hitting Australia and expected to available worldwide soon. The build number of the firmware update is 12.1.A.0.266. Lenovo Vibe Z available in India at price INR 35,999, 5.5-inch display, quad core processor

The Lenovo announced the price of its high–end smartphone Lenovo Vibe Z. The Lenovo Vibe Z is now available in the country at a price around INR 35,999. The Lenovo Vibe Z launched in last month at Consumer Electronics Show 2013, featuring 5.5-inch full HD IPS display along with 2GB RAM and 13-megapixel rear camera. The Lenovo Vibe Z will be available later this month in India. The Vibe Z is dual SIM smartphone with both SIM supports GSM connections.

Samsung Galaxy Star Trios, a triple SIM Android powered smartphone launched in Brazil

PhoneArena reported that a triple SIM android smartphone listed on Samsung’s Brazil website. Dual SIM smartphone is becoming common these days that HTC and Sony also considering the factor of dual SIM. However, now, Samsung and LG is coming even with triple SIM smartphones, yes, three SIMs in a smartphone. Dual SIM smartphones are so much in demand in emerging countries like India, China and Brazil due to a large amount of pre-paid connections and majority of more than three service providers in cities. So people often moves from one service provider to another. In addition, they keep more than two SIM card. It’s been not a while when LG launched a triple SIM smartphone last week, LG’s Optimus L1 II Tri was the first triple smartphone from LG that was launched last week. Now Samsung also joined the league and came up with Samsung Galaxy Trios, the first smartphone from Samsung, features three SIM cards, running on Android 4.1 jellybean operating system.

Samsung Galaxy S4 Value edition, Galaxy Tab 4 and Galaxy S5 information leaked

SAM Mobiles posted on its blog about some leaked information of more than two devices from Samsung, including Samsung Galaxy S5. SAM mobile also confirmed the existence of Samsung Galaxy S4 Value Edition model number GT-19515. All these information leaked online on China’s micro blogging website Sina Weibo. As all these are not confirmed by Samsung, so now we can take this information with a pinch of salt until officially confirmed by Samsung itself.

WSJ Report- Nokia will launch is first Android smartphone this month at MWC

A report published in Wall Street Journal, tells that Nokia is preparing to launch its first Android powered smartphone at the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona. This smartphone will be a mid-range budget smartphone that will help to increase Nokia’s smartphones sales in emerging countries like India, China. But the interesting fact that comes in light is, this phone will not use Google-developed features that profits Google. It will be different from traditional Android-powered smartphone, as the report suggest. All this things will be done while Microsoft conducting due in deal to buy Nokia’s mobile division. The report also says that Nokia engineers had been working to develop a good android smartphone.

Earlier, we informed you about Micromax Canvas Elanza , a dual SIM smartphone from Micromax, was listed earlier on Snapdeal and went for sale from today at price around INR 9,400. Now another smartphone price under INR 10,000 is leaked online with 5-inch display and quad core processor. But the hero feature of this device is, its massive big battery of 4000mAh. That according to leaks can provide 13.5 hours of talk time and 400 hours of standby with a single charge. This is not the first smartphone with that big battery backup. We have seen Lenovo P780 previously with the same size of the battery. So now, Micromax has also joined the league of big battery line. Before Canvas power, Micromax also launched Micromax Canvas Juice that  have 3000mAh battery.
