Lava International owned Xolo brand has launched its latest smartphone Xolo Q900s Plus In India. This smartphone comes as a successor to its older sibling Xolo 900s. With just 100 grams of weight,  this smartphone is tagged as ‘World’s Lightest Phone’.

Q900s Plus is powered by 1.2 GHz Quad-Core Qualcomm Snapdragon 200 processor accompanied with 1 GB RAM for hassle free multi-tasking between the apps. It runs on the Android 4.4 KitKat operating system.

The display of this smartphone is 4.7 inch (resolution of 1280 x 720 pixel) with One Glass Solution Technology and based on Dragontrail glass to protect the screen against scratches or damages. It comes with sufficient internal memory of 8 GB for storage purpose which is further expandable to 32 GB via microSD card.

Yet To Be Announced Micromax Bolt A067 Available At Rs. 3,899/-

Domestic mobile handset company Micromax is soon expected to announce its new budget smartphone in the Bolt series- Micromax Bolt A067. According to Facebook post of Mahesh telecom, an established retailer from Mumbai, this entry level smartphone is available in India before its official launch.

As revealed by the two images in the Facebook post, this smartphone is powered by 1.3 GHz dual-core processor with 512 MB RAM and runs on Android KitKat operating system. It houses a 4 inch WVGA display with 800 x 480 pixel resolution. This smartphone comes with 4 GB of internal storage which is further expandable up to 32 GB with microSD card. It sports a 2 mega pixel primary or rear camera with LED flash and 0.3 mega pixel front facing camera.

Remember the launch of Corning Gorilla Glass 4 last month in November? Of course you do. The Corning Gorilla Glass 4 which was officially launched in November 2014 has been reported to be present in Samsung smartphones. It is found that two of Samsung smartphones- Samsung Galaxy Note 4 and Galaxy Alpha secretly used Gorilla Glass 4 before its launch. It has been revealed that Gorilla Glass 4 used secretly in these smartphones was due to the Corning’s partnership with Samsung to provide its latest Gorilla Glass 4 in Samsung devices during the final stages of Gorilla Glass 4.
