The Oppo K5 is priced in China at CNY 1,899 (approx Rs 18,900) for the 6GB RAM/ 128GB storage variant.
The 8GB RAM/ 128GB storage and 8GB RAM/ 256GB storage models are priced at CNY 2,099 (approx Rs 20,900) and CNY 2,499 (approx Rs 24,900), respectively.
The new smartphone will be available in Blue, Green, and White gradient finishes. Sales start from October 17.
As of now, there is no information about the Indian price or launch date.

The new handset is powered by an octa-core Snapdragon 730G processor along with Adreno 618 GPU and 6GB/ 8GB RAM.
The 128GB / 256GB internal storage can be further expanded via a microSD card (up to 256GB).
The 4000mAh battery comes with 30W VOOC 4.0 fast charging support (offers 67 percent charge in just 30 minutes).
Camera
On the back, the Oppo K5 sports a quad-camera set up with a 64MP 1/1.72-inch Samsung GW1 sensor (0.8μm pixel size, f/1.8 aperture, EIS).
It also includes an 8MP ultra-wide-angle lens ( 119-degree, f/2.25 aperture, 1.12μm pixel size), 2MP tertiary sensor (4cm macro, f/2.4 aperture,1.75μm pixel size), and a 2MP depth sensor (f/2.4 aperture,1.75μm pixel size).
For selfies and video calling, the new handset sports a 32MP front camera with an f/2.0 aperture.

The Oppo K5 sports a 6.4-inch AMOLED display with Full HD+ ( 2340 x 1080 pixels) resolution and a 19.5:9 aspect ratio. It also features an in-display fingerprint sensor.
The dual-SIM smartphone runs the Android 9.0 Pie operating system with ColorOS 6.0 on top.
Connectivity options on the device include Dual 4G VoLTE, WiFi 802.11 ac (2.4GHz + 5GHz), Bluetooth 5, GPS + GLONASS, and USB Type-C port.
The new handset measures 158.7 x 75.2 x 8.6mm and weighs 182g. It features a gradient back with a 3D curved glass protection.
