OnePlus in partnership with ReGlobe has announced exchange/buyback program in India. Under this offer, customers can exchange their old smartphones for a brand-new OnePlus smartphone. This offer is valid till December 31, 2015.
Furthermore, if the exchange/buyback price of old smartphone is Rs.5,000 or more, then buyers will get new OnePlus 2 with B2X service and OnePlus X with B2X On-Guard Plus service for free. To recall, the B2X service costs Rs. 999 and covers manufacturers warranty for OnePlus 2 for one additional year after the expiry of original manufacturer’s warranty. The B2X On-Guard service is for OnePlus X and costs Rs. 699.
All the three OnePlus smartphones- OnePlus One, 2 and the X are eligible for this offer. To avail the exchange/buyback offer, users can register on ReGlobe page or OnePlus page and check whether the old device is eligible for this offer or not. The company will then send the best quote for the old device on the contact details shared by the user. After acceptance of the quote shared by the company, customers can opt from two schemes- Buy First, Sell Later scheme and Sell First, Buy Next scheme.
The Buy First, Sell Later option will allow customers to buy the OnePlus device first and schedule the pick up of old smartphone on a future date. Customers will get an Amazon Gift coupon of the amount matching the quote of old smartphone within 3-5 working days.
The Sell First, Buy Next option on the other hand enables customers to sell their old device first and after completion of sale transaction, they will receive invite for the OnePlus smartphone along an Amazon Gift coupon of the amount matching the quote of old smartphone.
This offer can be availed in the following cities- Delhi, Gurgaon, Noida, Faridabad, Ghaziabad, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Secunderabad, Mumbai, Pune, Chennai, Chandigarh, Jaipur, Kolkata, Lucknow and Ahmedabad.
