The Nubia Z18 is priced in China at CNY 2,799 (approx Rs 29,300) for the 6GB RAM/ 64GB storage variant. The 8GB RAM/ 128GB storage model costs CNY 3,299 (approx Rs 34,600). It will be available from September 11 via the company website, Jingdong Mall, Suning Easy to buy, and Tianmao Mall.
While the handset comes in Deep Dark Night and Nebula Red color options, the company has also launched a special color variant. The Van Gogh Starry Night Collector’s Edition is priced at CNY 3,599 (approx Rs 37,700).
As of now, there is no information about an Indian launch date or price.

The Nubia Z18 sports a 5.99-inch display with Full HD+ (2160 x 1080 pixels) resolution, 96 percent color saturation and 96 percent NTSC color gamut. It is powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 processor along with a 6GB/8GB RAM and 64GB/128GB internal storage.
In terms of optics, the dual camera setup combines a 16-megapixel primary sensor (f/1.6 aperture) and a 24-megapixel secondary sensor. Camera features include with f/1.6 aperture, AI scene recognition, 960fps slow payback, anti-shake technology, PDAF (phase detection autofocus system), NeoVision 8.0, and dual-LED flash.
The 8-megapixel front camera comes with f/2.0 aperture and self-portrait beauty feature. The Nubia Z18 will be backed by a 3,450mAh battery.

The Nubia Z18 runs Android 8.1 Oreo operating system with Nubia UI 6.1 on top. A fingerprint sensor is placed on the back. Connectivity options include 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, GPS, GLONASS, Beidou, and Bluetooth 5.0.
The dual-SIM smartphone measures 148.58 x 72.54 x 8.55mm and weighs 172 grams. Sensors on the device include light sensing, acceleration, compass, and gyroscope. A fingerprint sensor is placed on the back.

The new handset is the successor of the company’s Nubia Z17S. Earlier this year, the ZTE sub-brand also launched Nubia Z18 Mini. The company also announced its Alpha wearable smartphone at IFA 2018.
