Sales will start in the US on November 12. As of now, there is no information about the Indian price tag and launch date.

The new smartphone is powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 765G processor along with 6GB/ 8GB LPDDR4x RAM and 64GB/ 128GB internal storage.
In terms of optics, the Nokia 8 V 5G UW sports a quad rear camera setup. It uses a 64-megapixel primary sensor, 12MP ultra-wide-angle sensor, a 2MP macro camera, and a 2MP depth sensor.
For selfies and video calling, the handset features a 24MP front camera sensor available at the front. It is backed by a 4,500mAh battery that supports up to 18W fast charging.

The Nokia 8 V 5G UW runs Android 10 OS (the company is promising an update to Android 11). It comes with a dedicated Google Assistant button and OZO audio (for a spatial sound experience).
The new handset comes in single and dual-SIM (Nano) variants. Other connectivity options include 5G, 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 802.11ac, Bluetooth v5.0, GPS/ A-GPS, NFC, FM radio, USB Type-C, and a 3.5mm headphone jack.
The Nokia 8 V 5G UW features a 6.81-inch PureDisplay with full-HD+ resolution and a 20:9 aspect ratio. It also features a hole-punch cutout for the selfie camera.
In terms of dimensions, the new smartphone measures 171.9 x 78.5 x 8.9mm and weighs 226 grams. A fingerprint sensor is placed on the side.
Other sensors on the device include an accelerometer, ambient light, gyroscope, magnetometer, and a proximity sensor.
