The Nokia 3.1 Plus is now available in India at Rs 9,999. It was launched last October with a price tag of Rs 11,499 (3GB RAM/ 32GB storage variant).

The Nokia 3.1 Plus is powered by an octa-core MediaTek Helio P22 (MT6762) processor and 2GB/ 3GB RAM. The 16GB/ 32GB internal storage can be further expanded via a micro SD card (up to 400GB).
In terms of optics, the smartphone features a dual camera setup on the back. It uses a 13-megapixel primary sensor (f/2.0 aperture, PDAF, 1.12-micron pixel size) and a 5-megapixel secondary monochrome sensor (f/2.4 aperture, fixed focus lens, 1.12-micron pixel size). Camera features include the ability to refocus photos after they have been shot.
The 8-megapixel front camera comes with an f/2.2 aperture, fixed focus lens, and 1.12-micron pixel size. The new smartphone is backed by a 3,500mAh battery.

The Nokia 3.1 Plus features a 6.0-inch IPS display with HD+ (720 x 1440 pixels) resolution, an 18:9 aspect ratio and 2.5D glass. Connectivity options include 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth v4.1, GPS/ A-GPS, Micro-USB, and a 3.5mm headphone jack.
The dual-SIM smartphone runs Android Oreo operating system (as part of the Google’s Android One programme). Users will receive OS updates for two years and guaranteed monthly security updates for three years.
The new handset measures 156.68 x 76.44 x 8.19mm. It comes in Blue, White, and Baltic color options. Sensors on the device include an accelerometer, ambient light sensor, e-compass, fingerprint sensor, gyroscope, and a proximity sensor.

Alongside the Nokia 3.1 Plus, HMD Global also launched the Nokia 8110 4G Banana phone (with the popular slider mechanism). The dual-SIM feature phone runs on KaiOS. It sports a 2.45-inch curved screen display with QVGA (240 x 320 pixels) resolution. The 4G handset is backed by a 1,500mAh battery.
The new handset is powered by a 1.1GHz dual-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 205 SoC along with 512MB LPDDR3 RAM and 4GB internal storage. It is priced at Rs 5,999 and comes in Banana Yellow and Traditional Black color options. There is also a 2-megapixel rear camera with LED flash.
