Microsoft has launched its latest feature phone- Nokia 230 alongside Nokia 230 Dual SIM. The latter, as the name suggests, is the dual SIM variant of the Nokia 230.
Both variants share same set of specifications except difference in number of SIM card slots. The handsets run Nokia Series 30+ operating system and feature a 2.8-inch QVGA display with resolution of 320×240 pixels. The devices sport a 2 mega pixel rear camera with LED flash on the rear as well as a 2 mega pixel front shooter with LED flash for capturing selfies. Users can easily upload their images on social media such as Facebook, Twitter and GroupMe by Skype by pressing the ‘share’ button.
The 1200mAh battery is claimed to deliver up to 23 hours of talk time for both variants; 27 days of standby time for single SIM variant and 22 days of standby time for dual SIM variant. Users will be able to download one free Gameloft game including Assassin’s Creed Brotherhood and Midnight Pool 3, every month for a year. On design front, both variants boast of aluminium rear cover in two color options-silver and dark silver.

The Nokia 230 is priced at USD 55 (approximately Rs. 3,660) and will go in sale in India, Asia and the Middle East starting December 2015 followed by other markets in 2016.
Both internet enabled feature phones, namely Nokia 230 and Nokia 230 Dual SIM are loaded with decent features and are suitable for first time buyers.
