Motorola has announced the launch of its door step service, Moto Xpress for the customers in Delhi, Gurgaon and Noida. Moto Xpress is a home pick and drop service which aims to deliver after sales service to Motorola customers at their doorsteps.
The company claims to resolve issues related to software and accessory of the smartphones within an hour while the issues related to hardware will be resolved within five working days. To avail this service, customers will have to pay Rs. 199 per service plus repairing charges or any other component charges.
How To Avail Moto Xpress Service
In case, the Motorola smartphone of any user is not working properly, the user can follow the process mentioned below to avail Moto Xpress service:
- Dial Moto Xpress Service Booking number 011-41717124.
- Register your request.
- On registering the request, a trained Motorola representative will be sent to your doorstep to collect your smartphone with which you are facing issues.
“In India, our customer satisfaction score is over 85 percent and with our latest initiative we aim to continue enhancing our after sale services. Our other customer care initiatives will continue to operate as is,” says Motorola.
Besides the launch of this new pilot doorstep service, Motorola has 160 service centres across India, a Bangalore Moto Care Service & Experience Center as well as a Moto Help App where customers can chat with or call Motorola customer care executives.
Customers are often dissatisfied due to long queues at the service centers. Most of the customers are not even able to locate service centers nearby their house or place of work. However, this door step service by Motorola will certainly entice more customers as well as help it retain the existing customers.
