Ahead of probable launch on July 28, leaked images of Motorola Moto X 3rd Gen have surfaced online. The alleged images show front facing camera accompanied with LED flash. The device is also said to feature a fingerprint sensor in the bottom speaker which will require users to swipe across the speaker to unlock the phone.
As for specifications, it is said to arrive with hexa-core Snapdragon 808 processor, 4GB of RAM, Android 5.1.1 operating system, 5.2-inch Quad-HD AMOLED display, 32GB/64GB of inbuilt storage, 16 mega pixel rear camera, 5 mega pixel front facing camera and a 3280mAh battery.

Rumored specs of Motorola’s upcoming Moto X 3rd Gen phone have been making rounds over the web lately. Now a leak video of the phone has surfaced online which gives us a clue of what the upcoming phone would be like.
The image in the video shows a wooden back variant of third-generation Motorola Moto X while also detailing specs of the phone. The handset with model number XT1097 is said to be powered by a Snapdragon processor alongside 3GB RAM and 32GB of inbuilt storage (21GB user available). It will come with 5.64-inch QHD (2560×1440 pixels) display, Android 5.1.1 Lollipop OS and USB Type-C support. It is said to arrive in wooden, plastic and leather backs.
According to PhoneArena, the third generation Moto X will come in two variants – one with 5.7-inch QHD display (Verizon-exclusive) and the other global model with a 5.2-inch QHD display.

More details about specifications of Motorola’s upcoming smartphone Moto X 3rd Gen have surfaced online. New rumors have revealed that third gen Moto X will feature OIS in its 16 mega pixel rear camera. The handset will also come with slow motion videos capability upto 120fps at 1080p resolution or upto 240 fps at 720p resolution. There will also be a 5 mega pixel front facing camera onboard. Other previously leaked specs include hexa-core Snapdragon 808 processor with 4 GB RAM, Android 5.1.1 OS, 5.2-inch Quad-HD AMOLED display and 3280 mAh battery.

Leaked specifications of forthcoming Motorola Moto X 3rd Gen have started making rounds over the internet. If the reports by STJS Gadgets are to be believed, the third generation Moto X will come with several upgrades over erstwhile Moto X (2014). The third generation Moto X will be powered by a hexa-core Snapdragon 808 processor paired with 4 GB of RAM unlike Qualcomm Snapdragon 801 chipset and 2 GB RAM of the second generation Moto X. The upcoming Moto X will feature a 5.2-inch Quad-HD AMOLED display.
The handset is also likely to run Android 5.1.1 operating system. It will sport a 16 mega pixel rear camera with Clear Pixel technology and a 5 mega pixel front facing camera.
Backed up by a 3280 mAh battery, the smartphone is listed in two internal storage variants- 32 GB and 64 GB. On design front, it is expected to feature same panel as the Motorola Moto Turbo.
The second generation Moto X on the other hand is powered by a 2.5 GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 801 Krait 400 processor paired with 2 GB of RAM and Adreno 330 GPU. It features a 5.2-inch AMOLED display with 1080p resolution, 424 ppi pixel density and Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection. On imaging front, it sports a 13 mega pixel rear camera with dual-LED flash, 4K video recording and a 2 mega pixel front facing camera. Backed up by a 2300 mAh battery, the Moto X (2014) is also available in two variants based on storage- 16 GB and 32 GB, both without expandable support.
