Microsoft has launched its latest smartphone, called the Microsoft Lumia 650 Dual SIM, in India. To recall, the Lumia 650 was unveiled in February 2016.
It is targeted at the enterprise segment, and is said to offer the consumers, a “perfect balance between work and personal needs.” It runs Windows 10 operating system and comes pre-loaded with Office 365, Microsoft’s personal assistant- Cortana and more. As far as specifications of the phone are concerned, it is powered by a quad-core Snapdragon 212 processor clocked at 1.3GHz paired with 1GB of RAM. The device features a 5-inch HD AMOLED display with 1280×720 pixels resolution. For storage purpose, it offers 16GB of internal memory which can be expanded up to 200GB via microSD card.
On imaging front, the device sports an 8 mega pixel rear camera with LED flash and a 5 mega pixel front facing camera. It measures 142×70.9×6.9 mm and weighs 122 grams. Backed up by a 2000mAh battery, it is claimed to deliver up to 16 hours of talk time on 2G networks, 13 hours of talk time on 3G networks and 624 hours of standby time.

Priced at Rs. 15,299, the Microsoft Lumia 650 Dual SIM comes in matte black and matte white color options. Considering the spec-sheet, the pricing of the phone is a bit disappointing. The specifications of the phone are just average and price tag of around Rs. 15,000 seems overpriced. It will compete with the likes of OnePlus X and Lenovo Vibe S1 which lie in the same price segment..
