Micromax has launched its latest tablet, called the Micromax Canvas Tab P702. Under the hood, it is powered by a 1.3GHz quad-core MediaTek processor paired with 2GB of RAM. Running Android 5.1 Lollipop operating system, it features a 7-inch HD IPS display with 1280×720 pixels resolution.
On imaging front, it sports a 5 mega pixel auto focus rear camera with LED flash and a 2 mega pixel front facing camera. The tablet houses 16GB of internal memory, which is expandable up to 32GB via microSD card.
Backed up by a 3000mAh battery, it is claimed to deliver up to 250 hours of standby time and up to 3 hours of playtime. The tablet comes with DTS sound dual box speakers and can be grabbed in Bold Black and Classy White color options. Connectivity options which the tablet offers, include 4G LTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and Micro-USB.

The Micromax Canvas Tab P702 is priced at Rs. 7,999 and is available to buy from online retailer Snapdeal. The company is yet to make an official announcement for the same.
The Canvas Tab P702 is an affordable 4G-enabled tablet in sub-Rs. 8,000 price range with decent specifications. It comes bundled with a free screen guard for protection against scratches and an OTG cable. The company is also offering 7 Kindle eBooks worth Rs. 1,500 with the tablet for free.
