Micromax has launched a new smartphone in its Bolt series- Micromax Bolt Q355. As for specifications, the phone is powered by a 1.2GHz quad-core Spreadtrum (SC7731) processor paired with 512MB of RAM. Running Android 4.4.2 KitKat operating system, the handset features a 4.5-inch FWVGA TFT display with 854×480 pixels resolution. There is 4GB of internal storage onboard which is expandable up to 32GB via microSD card.
Backed up by a 1650 mAh battery, the Micromax Bolt Q355 is claimed to deliver up to 6 hours of talk time and up to 280 hours of standby time. On imaging front, it sports a 5 mega pixel rear camera with LED flash and a 2 mega pixel front facing camera.
The Bolt Q355 offers 3G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and Micro-USB as connectivity options and is listed in Black color option on official website.

Micromax also launched its Canvas Nitro 2 smartphone at Rs. 10,990 earlier this month. Specifications of the handset include 1.4 GHz Octa-core MediaTek MT6592M processor paired with 2GB of RAM, 16GB inbuilt storage (expandable up to 32GB via microSD card), 13 mega pixel rear camera, 5 mega pixel front facing camera. It features a 5-inch IPS (1280 x 720 pixels resolution, Gorilla Glass 3) display and runs Android 4.4 KitKat operating system. The handset is backed up by a 2400 mAh battery and offers 3G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and GPS as connectivity options.

The Micromax Bolt Q355 is now listed on company’s official website. There is no word on pricing and availability details of the handset as of now. It is expected to go on sale in the coming days.
