The new laptop follows the Mi Notebook Pro 14 and Mi Notebook Pro 15 (launched earlier this year). It features a unibody aluminum design and a 3.5K OLED display.
Additionally, the Mi Notebook Pro X 15 comes with 11th-generation Intel Core processors, Nvidia GeForce RTX 3050 Ti graphics, and fast charging support (charge from 0 to 50 percent in 25 minutes). Let’s take a closer look:

The new laptop is powered by up to an 11th-generation Intel Core i7 processor along with Nvidia GeForce RTX 3050 Ti graphics, up to 32GB LPDDR4x RAM, and up to 1TB PCIe storage.
The Mi Notebook Pro X 15 is backed by an 80Whr battery that offers up to 11.5 hours of video playback on a single charge. A 130W USB Type-C power adapter is claimed to charge up to 50 percent in 25 minutes.
For video calling, the notebook sport a built-in 720p webcam and a 2×2 microphone array. There are also four speaker units (backed by DTS audio).

The Mi Notebook Pro X 15 runs on Windows 10 Home OS. For one-key boot and unlock functionality, a fingerprint sensor is embedded in the power key.
Connectivity options Bluetooth v.5.2, Wi-Fi 6, two USB-A 3.2 Gen 2, USB Type-C, Thunderbolt 4, 3.5mm headphone jack, and an HDMI 2.1 port.

Design and Display
The new laptop is made of a 6-series aluminum alloy using the Computerised Numerical Control (CNC) process. It measures 348.9 x 240.2 x 18.47mm and weighs 1.9 kilograms.
The 15.6-inch Samsung E4 OLED display comes with a 3.5K (3,456 x 2,160 pixels) resolution, pixel density of 261ppi, a 16:10 aspect ratio, 600 nits of peak brightness, and DC dimming support.
Additionally, Xiaomi has added a full-size, backlit keyboard (with a key travel of 1.3mm). You can manually adjust the backlight in three different levels.
There is also a built-in ambient light sensor on the device that automatically adjusts the lighting of the keyboard and the display as per the environment.

Price and Availability

The Mi Notebook Pro X 15 is priced at CNY 7,999 (approx Rs 92,100) for the Intel Core i5-11300H CPU/ 16GB RAM/ 512GB SSD storage variant.
On the other hand, the top-end (with Intel Core i7-11370H CPU, 32GB RAM, and 1TB SSD storage) come with a price tag of CNY 9,999 (Rs. 1,15,100).
The new laptop is now available for pre-bookings in China. shipping will start from July 9. As of now, there is no information about the Indian price tag and launch date.
