Chinese smartphone maker Xiaomi is expected to soon launch the Android One variant of its Mi 6X handset– Mi A2. Mi A2 Android One handset has been on the leaks for quite some time and is expected to be launched soon enough. Now the handset has been listed on a Swiss electronics retail portal. Most of the smartphone’s specifications are mentioned there.
The smartphone is speculated to have a similar looking design to Mi 6X. It has been listed on the Swiss website with three color variants– Black, Blue, and Gold color variants.
According to Digitec, Mi A2 Android One will have a 32GB storage variant set at CHF 289. In Indian currency, it is roughly Rs. 19,800. The 64GB variant will allegedly be sold for CHF 329. In rupees, it is approximately Rs. 22,500. Finally, the alleged 128GB model will be sold at CHF 369. In Indian currency, it is about Rs, 25,200.
Mi A2 Android One Smartphone: Expected Specs
According to Digitec, the handset obviously runs Android One. It is apparently built with a similar 5.99-inch full-HD+ (1080×2160 pixels) display. The display will be same as Mi 6X. It will also be allegedly be powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 660 SoC. It will be backed by 4GB RAM.
In terms of storage, Mi A2 Android One smartphone will have three inbuilt storage variants– 32GB, 64GB, and 128GB.
In the camera department, the smartphone will sport a vertically-aligned dual-rear camera module. It will have a 12-megapixel primary sensor. Up front, the handset will also allegedly have a 20-megapixel selfie shooter.
The smartphone will also have a 3010mAh battery pack with Quick Charge 3.0. In terms of connectivity, the handset will allegedly support 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 802.11ac, Bluetooth v5.0, and USB Type-C.
Other Developments
Xiaomi sub-brand Mijia also launched its new three-axis stabilization smartphone gimbal.
The Mijia gimbal is being sold for 599 Yuan in China from 16th June 2018 onwards. Moreover, in Indian currency, it is roughly around Rs. 6,300.
