LG has silently launched its latest smartphone in India, dubbed the LG Stylus 3. The phone, as the name suggests, comes with a stylus that lets users perform various functions. The stylus has a 1.8mm diameter fiber-tip stylus that offers feel and feedback of an actual pen while writing on the screen. It supports several features such as Pen Pop 2.0, Pen Keeper and Screen-off Memo.

The improved Pen Pop offers different functions for Pop memo, Pop Scanner, Capture+, Quick Memo and thumbnail previews of recent notes when the stylus is removed. The Pen Keeper feature alerts the user when the stylus is taken too far from the phone. Lastly, the Screen-off memo feature lets users write directly on the screen when the display is off.

Under the hood, the LG Stylus 3 packs a 64-bit 1.5GHz octa-core MediaTek MT6750 processor paired with Mali-T860 GPU. The phone runs Android 7.0 Nougat and features a 5.7-inch HD IPS 2.5D curved glass display with 1280×720 pixels resolution. It houses 3GB of RAM and 16GB  of internal memory. The device supports expandable storage up to 2TB via microSD card.

On the camera front, it sports a 13 mega pixel rear camera with LED flash and an 8 mega pixel front facing camera. Armed with a 3200mAh battery, it supports 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.1 and GPS as connectivity options. The device measures 155.6×79.8×7.4 mm and weighs 149 grams. The smartphone features a fingerprint sensor on the back.
