LG has officially launched its LG Stylus 2 Plus smartphone in India. As an upgraded variant of the Stylus 2, it retains the same design but comes with several feature upgrades over the original sibling. Like the Stylus 2, the Stylus 2 Plus comes with a stylus pen with nano-coated tip and offers several features such as Pop Memo, Pop Scanner and Pen Keeper.
As for specifications the Stylus 2 Plus is powered by a 1.4GHz octa-core Snapdragon 430 processor coupled with 3GB of RAM. The device features a 5.7-inch full HD display with 1920×1080 pixels resolution. It runs Android 6.0 Marshmallow operating system wrapped under LG UI 5.0.
On imaging front, the Stylus 2 Plus sports a 16 mega pixel rear camera with LED flash and an 8 mega pixel front facing camera with LED flash. It houses 16GB of inbuilt storage which can be expanded up to 2TB via microSD card. Also onboard is a 3000mAh battery. It measures 155×79.6×7.4 mm, weighs 145 grams and will be available in Brown, Black and Gold color options. Connectivity options include 4G with VoLTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and GPS.
It comes with several features like Pen Pop that toggles a pop-up menu when the stylus is removed to offer shortcuts to Pop Memo and Pop Scanner. The Pen Keeper on the other hand, prevents the stylus from being misplaced by displaying a pop-up message when the phone is detected as being in motion and the stylus bay is empty.

Price & Availability
The LG Stylus 2 Plus will be available to buy in India for Rs. 24,450. LG is yet to announce the availability details of the phone.
In May 2016, LG launched its Stylus 2 smartphone in India for Rs. 20,500.
