The LG G8X ThinQ is priced in India at Rs 49,999. It will be available across retail outlets from December 21.
The new smartphone was initially launched at IFA 2019 back in September. It comes in a single Aurora Black color option.

The LG G8X ThinQ is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 processor along with 6GB RAM and 128GB internal storage. The 4,000mAh battery supports Qualcomm Quick Charge 3.0 technology.
In terms of optics, the new handset features a dual-camera setup on the back. It combines a 12-megapixel primary sensor with a 13-megapixel secondary sensor (super wide-angle lens).
Camera features include an improved video stabilization and AI Action Shot mode (with up to 1/480s shutter speed).
For selfies and video calling, the smartphone sports a 32-megapixel front camera with a Reflected Mode (for portrait shots in low-light conditions).

The LG G8X ThinQ runs Android 9 Pie operating system out-of-the-box. It sports two 1.2W speakers and features a 32-bit Hi-Fi Quad DAC (tuned by Meridian Audio). A new ASMR mode can capture detailed audio using multiple microphones on the device.
Display
The LG G8X ThinQ sports a 6.4-inch FullVision display with a waterdrop-shaped notch and an in-display fingerprint sensor.
The secondary 6.4-inch full-HD+ display (called the LG Dual Screen) plugs in via a USB Type-C connection. A hinge lets you turn the display to a full 360-degree.
The case also features a 2.1-inch monochrome OLED display which shows information such as time, date, battery status, notification markers, etc.

Earlier this year, LG launched the V50 smartphone with a secondary snap-on display.
The dual SIM smartphone sports a 6.4-inch QHD (1440×3120 pixels) OLED FullVision display with a 19.5:9 aspect ratio, HDR10 support, and a pixel density of 538ppi. The second 6.2-inch OLED display comes with full-HD (2160 x 1080 pixels) resolution.

For selfies and video calling, the new handset sports a dual-camera setup on the front. It uses an 8-megapixel RGB sensor (f/1.9 aperture, 1-micron pixel size, 80-degree lens) and a 5-megapixel secondary sensor (90-degree wide-angle lens, f/2.2 aperture, 1.12-micron pixels).
