LG has silently released its mid-ranged LG G Pad 8.0 tablet in India. Initially introduced in May 2014, the G Pad 8.0 is powered by a 1.2 GHz quad-core Cortex A7 processor coupled with 1 GB of RAM and runs Android 4.4.2 KitKat operating system. It features a 8 inch True IPS HD display with 1280 x 800 pixels resolution. The tablet sports a 5 mega pixel rear camera and a 1.3 mega pixel front facing camera. The G Pad 8.0 tablet houses 16 GB of inbuilt storage which is expandable up to 64 GB via microSD card. It is fueled by a 4200 mAh battery. It measures 210.8 x 124.2 x 9.9 mm, weighs 342 grams and is available in Black and White color variants.
The G Pad 8.0 tablet comes loaded with a bunch of attractive features like Knock Code which allows the users to access home screen by tapping the customized pattern anywhere on the screen, QPAIR 2.0 technology which helps user to connect the tablet with smartphone to access notifications, answer calls and much more right from the tablet. Another feature is dual window feature which enables the user to split the screen for enhanced multitasking and the user can open 2 applications simultaneously on the screen.
