The new tablet is powered by a 2.34GHz quad-core Snapdragon 821 processor and 4GB RAM. The 32GB internal storage can be further expanded via a microSD card (up to 512GB).
In terms of optics, the LG G Pad 5 10.1 tablet sports an 8MP rear camera (with autofocus) and a 5MP front camera. It is backed by an 8,200mAh battery with support for Quick Charge 3.0 technology.

The LG G Pad 5 10.1 runs the Android 9 Pie operating system out-of-the-box. Connectivity options include Bluetooth v4.2, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, GPS, USB Type-C port, and a 3.5mm audio jack.
The new tablet sports a 10.1-inch IPS LCD display with full-HD+ (1920 x 1200 pixels) resolution. A fingerprint sensor is located on the right edge of the tablet.
In terms of dimensions, the LG G Pad 5 10.1 measures 247.2 x 150.7 x 8mm and weighs 498 grams. It comes in a single silver hue color option.
The new tablet comes with a single SIM card tray slot. The dual speaker grille is on either side of the USB Type-C port.
