Processor
All the three devices are powered by Quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 410 chipset clocked at 1.2 GHz. The Samsung Galaxy A5 comes with 2 GB RAM, Galaxy E5 with 1.5 GB of RAM while Sisley S90 comes equipped with 1 GB of RAM.
Operating System & Display
All the handsets run on Android 4.4.4 KitKat operating system, however there is a difference in the platform they are based on. Sisley S90 runs on Vibe 2.0 based Android KitKat while the other two Galaxy series smartphones are based on TouchWiz platform.

Lenovo S90 entails a non expandable storage of 32 GB while both Samsung smartphones entail 16 GB of internal memory which is further expandable up to 64 GB via microSD card.

Lenovo Sisley S90 and Galaxy A5 pack a 2300 mAh battery, Galaxy E5 on the other hand is fueled with a 2400 mAh battery.

Verdict
All the three smartphones come equipped with decent specs in the mid-range series. The Samsung Galaxy E5 is priced lowest, yet it misses out on 4G LTE support which is offered by the other two handsets. Samsung Galaxy A5 comes with metal design but it is priced higher. The Lenovo Sisley S90 on the other hand comes with stunning aesthetics, 4G LTE support and better front facing camera as compared to Galaxy A5 and Galaxy E5. Thus, Sisley S90 will be a good choice if you are looking for a mid-ranged good looking phone with decent specs.
