The affordable smart band comes with a 0.96-inch OLED full-screen display. It comes in Black, Blue, Red, and Orange color options. Additionally, the detachable straps come with band light adjustment feature.

The Lenovo Cardio Plus HX03W smart band is compatible with both Android (4.4 and above) and iOS (8.0 and above) smartphone. It supports Bluetooth 4.2 and above as connectivity options.

The fitness band comes with IP68 certification (water-resistance up to 1 meter). It comes with an embedded heart rate sensor and supports USB direct charging. Lenovo claims that the new smart band comes with a long standby time.

Health and fitness features include a running mode, anti-sleep mode, long sitting alert, and sedentary reminder. The Running Mode allows users to track their steps, calories burnt, distance covered walking/ running, etc.
