The Leica M10-R is priced in India at Rs 6,95,000. It will be available in the country from August this year.
In the US, the new rangefinder camera comes with a price tag of $8,295 (approx Rs 6,22,600).
The German company claims that Leica M10-R is designed for architectural and landscape photography. It is the company’s highest-resolution camera.

The Leica M10-R comes with a 40.9-megapixel CMOS sensor and a sensitivity range of ISO 100 to ISO 50000.
The rangefinder camera has a maximum exposure time of up to 16 minutes. It is powered by the Maestro II image processor.
The company claims that the new camera is “extra silent”, thanks to the metal-blade focal plane shutter system.

The Leica M10-R features an all-metal diecast magnesium body with a synthetic leather covering and brass top and base panels. It sports a 3.0-inch TFT monitor and a bright-line frame viewfinder.
The new rangefinder camera measures 139 x 38.5 x 80mm and weighs 660 grams. It sports an accessory shoe for attaching a xenon flash unit.
The Leica M10-R comes with the M bayonet lens attachment. Manual dials let you easily control adjustments such as aperture and shutter speed as per the requirements of your frame.
Distinct exposure modes allow you to choose between the aperture priority and manual shutter speed and aperture setting.
The Leica M10-R supports DNG and JPEG file formats. It comes with Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n as connectivity options.

Conclusion
The new rangefinder camera comes with a similar design as the Leica M10-P. It also borrows some features from the 24-megapixel rangefinder camera.
