The new smartphone is powered by an octa-core Unisoc T606 processor along with 3GB RAM and up to 6GB virtual RAM. The 64GB storage can be expanded (up to 512GB) via a microSD card.
In terms of optics, the Lava Yuva 2 sports a dual rear camera setup with a 13MP primary sensor and LED flash. Camera features include HDR, portrait, beauty, and slow motion. For selfies and video calling, it sports a 5MP front camera with a screen flash.
The budget handset is backed by a 5,000mAh battery with support for 10W charging. It is said to offer up to 40 hours of talk time, up to 533 minutes of YouTube playback time, and up to 600 hours of standby time.

In terms of dimension, the Lava Yuva 2 measures 164.96 x 76.1 x 8.7mm and weighs 202 grams. It comes with a side-mounted fingerprint sensor and a face unlock feature.
