Lava has launched its latest tablet, called the Lava X80. Under the hood, it is powered by a 1.3GHz quad-core Intel Atom Baytrail processor paired with 1GB of RAM. It runs Android 4.4 KitKat operating system and features an 8-inch IPS OGS display with 1280×800 pixels resolution. The tablet houses 16GB of internal memory which can be expanded up to 32GB via microSD card.
On photography front, it sports a 5 mega pixel rear camera and a 3.2 mega pixel front facing camera. Backed up by a 4200mAh battery, it measures 215.5x125x9 mm and weighs 320 grams. Connectivity options which the tablet offers, include 3G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.0 and GPS. It also supports voice calling via speaker or headset.
