Lava has launched its latest smartphone Lava Pixel V2 in India. The Pixel V2 is essentially a refreshed variant of Lava Pixel P1 which was launched earlier this year in July 2015. While the Pixel V1 was launched as Android One smartphone, the Pixel V2 is not an Android One phone.
As for specifications, the Pixel V2 is powered by a 64-bit 1.3 GHz quad-core MediaTek MT6735 processor paired with Mali-T720 GPU and 2GB of RAM. It runs Android 5.1.1 Lollipop based Star OS 2.0 and features a 5-inch HD IPS display with 1280×720 pixels resolution.
There is 16GB of internal memory which is expandable up to 32GB via microSD card. The device sports a 13 mega pixel rear camera with dual LED flash and an 8 mega pixel front facing camera. Backed up by a 2500mAh battery, it offers 4G LTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and GPS as connectivity options.
