Google has finally launched its Lava made second generation Android One smartphone, dubbed the Lava Pixel V1.
As far as specifications of the device go, it is powered by a 64-bit 1.3GHz quad-core MediaTek (MT6582) processor paired with 2GB of RAM. The device runs Android 5.1.1 Lollipop operating system and features a 5.5-inch HD IPS display with 1280×720 pixels resolution, 267ppi pixel density and Asahi DragonTrail Glass protection against scratches. There is 32GB of inbuilt storage which is expandable up to 32GB using microSD card. On camera front, it sports a 13 mega pixel auto focus rear camera with LED flash, f/2.0 aperture and BSI sensor as well as a 8 mega pixel front facing camera with 4P lens.
Backed up by a 2650mAh battery, it offers 3G, dual-band Wi-Fi b/g/n, Wi-Fi Direct, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS and Micro-USB as connectivity options.

The Lava Pixel V1 second-gen Android One smartphone will be initially available to buy from Flipkart for Rs. 11,350. Later on it will be made available to buy from from physical stores.

The first-gen Android One phone on the other hand, is powered by a 1.3GHz processor coupled with 1GB of RAM. It runs Android 4.4.4 KitKat operating system and features a 4.5-inch FWVGA display with 854×480 pixels resolution. Other features include 4GB of inbuilt storage which is expandable up to 32GB via microSD card, a 5 mega pixel rear camera, 2 mega pixel front facing camera and a 1700mAh battery.
