Lava has launched its latest feature phone, called the Lava Metal 24. The handset is essentially targeted at the first time buyers in the market. The main highlight of the phone is that it features all metal body. Under the hood, the phone packs a MediaTek MT6261D processor. It features a 2.4-inch QVGA display with 320×240 pixels resolution.
The Metal 24 supports expandable storage up to 32GB via microSD card. On the imaging front, it sports a 1.3 mega pixel camera at the back with flash, video recording and digital zoom. Fueled by a 1000mAh battery, the dual SIM handset offers Bluetooth and USB as connectivity options. It comes in Black and Gun Metal color options and measures 122x51x11 mm in dimensions. The handset comes with a lot of features such as internet browsing and FM with recording. It supports USB-PC connectivity as well.

The Lava Meta 24 carries a price tag of Rs. 2,000 and is available to buy from retail stores and multi-brand outlets in India. Lava is offering 1 year manufacturer warranty for the phone and 6 months warranty for in the box accessories.
By adding a few more bucks, buyers can get a decent entry level smartphone. Adding a little more amount would even buy a 4G enabled smartphone.
