The JioBook is priced at Rs 19,500. It is now available at a government e-marketplace to resellers in a minimum consignment quantity of a single-piece order.
The new budget laptop comes in a single blue color option. As of now, there is no confirmation about the price and launch date for end consumers.

The JioBook is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 665 processor (based on technology from ARM) and 2GB RAM. The 32GB internal storage (eMMC) can be further expanded via a micro SD card slot.
The budget laptop is backed by a 55.1 – 60 WHr Li-ion battery that is said to last 6.1 to 8 hours on a single charge.

The JioBook runs JioOS. Since the laptop was developed in partnership with Microsoft, the JioOS is expected to be a forked version of Microsoft Windows.
The budget laptop comes with an inbuilt 4G micro-SIM card slot, a dual speaker, and a dual microphone. It also supports Bluetooth and Wi-Fi 802.11ac connectivity.
The JioBook features an ABS plastic chassis body with metallic hinges. It sports an 11.6-inch LED Backlit Antiglare display with a resolution of 1366 x 768 pixels and a 60Hz refresh rate.
