The iQoo Neo 5 is priced at CNY 2,499 (approx Rs 27,900) for the 8GB RAM/ 128GB storage variant. It comes in Cloud Shadow Blue, Night Shadow Black, and Pixel Orange color options.
While the 8GB RAM/ 256GB storage model costs CNY 2,699 (approx Rs 30,200), the 12GB RAM/ 256GB storage variant comes with a price tag of CNY 2,999 (approx Rs 33,500).
The new smartphone will be available in China from March 22. As of now, there is no information about the Indian price or launch date. The Vivo-owned brand operates as an independent brand in India.

The iQoo Neo 5 is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 870 processor along with the Adreno 650 GPU, up to 12GB LPDDR4X RAM, and up to 256GB UFS 3.1 storage.
In terms of optics, the handset sports a triple rear camera setup. It uses a 48-megapixel primary sensor (f/1.79 aperture), a 13MP ultra-wide-angle lens (f/2.2), and a 2MP black & white sensor (f/2.4).
For selfies and video calling, the iQoo Neo 5 features a 16MP front camera (f/2.0). It is backed by a 4,400mAh battery that supports 66W fast charging.

The iQoo Neo 5 runs the Android 11 operating system with OriginOS on top. Connectivity options include 5G, dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth v5.1, NFC, GPS, and a USB Type-C port.
The dual-SIM (Nano) smartphone comes with a graphite board and a liquid cooling system. Additionally, a Multi-Turbo 5.0 technology is said to expand storage, reduces lag, and reduce energy consumption.

In terms of dimensions, the iQoo Neo 5 measures 163.34 x 76.37 x 8.43mm and weighs 196 grams. It comes with a hole-punch design (with a cutout in the top center of the display).
The 6.62-inch AMOLED display comes with Full-HD+ (1,080 x 2,400 pixels) resolution, a 20:9 aspect ratio, a 120Hz refresh rate, a 300Hz touch sampling rate, a 91.45 percent screen-to-body ratio, HDR10/ HDR10+ support, and 397ppi pixel density.
Sensors on the device include an accelerometer, ambient light sensor, proximity sensor, gyro sensor, a proximity sensor, and an in-display fingerprint scanner.
