Intex has launched its latest smartphone in the Cloud series, called the Intex Cloud S9. As far as specifications are concerned, the phone packs a quad-core MediaTek MT6737 processor clocked at 1.3GHz. It features a 5.5-inch HD display with a resolution of 1280×720 pixels and 267ppi pixel density. The screen is protected by DragonTrail glass.
The Cloud S9 houses 2GB of RAM and 16GB of internal memory. It supports expandable storage up to 32GB via microSD card. For photography buffs, the smartphone sports an 8 mega pixel primary camera with dual LED flash. There is also a 5 mega pixel front facing camera onboard for capturing selfies and making video calls. Fueled by a 3650mAh battery, the handset offers 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and GPS as connectivity options.

The Intex Cloud S9 carries a price tag of Rs. 6,499 and is available to buy from online retailer Amazon India.
Intex also launched the Aqua S2 smartphone earlier this month. Priced at Rs. 4,490, it is the cheapest smartphone as of now to offer fingerprint sensor. The handset comes with a quad-core Spreadtrum SC7731C processor coupled with 1GB of RAM and 8GB of internal memory. It sports a 5-inch FWVGA (854×480 pixels resolution) display, 5 mega pixel rear camera with dual LED flash, 5 mega pixel front camera with LED flash and a 2450mAh battery. It offers 3G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and GPS as connectivity options.
