Intex Aqua Star II HD Launched At Rs. 6,590: Specs & Features

Intex has expanded its Aqua series with the launch of a new smartphone Intex Aqua Star II HD in India. The handset is essentially the successor of Aqua Star II which was launched in India earlier this year. Under the hood, the dual-SIM smartphone Aqua Star II HD is powered by a 1.2 GHz quad-core Spreadtrum SC7731 processor paired with 1 GB of RAM.

Running Android 4.4 KitKat operating system, it features a 5-inch IPS full lamination display with 1280 x 720 pixels resolution. The handset comes with 8 GB of inbuilt storage which is expandable up to 32 GB via microSD card. On imaging front, it sports an 8 mega pixel auto focus rear camera with LED flash while there is also a 5 mega pixel front facing camera onboard.

Backed up by a 2000 mAh battery, the Aqua Star II HD is claimed to deliver up to 6 hours of talk time and up to 250 hours of standby time. It measures 142×71.5×8.95 mm in dimensions and weighs 125 grams. Connectivity options on the handset include 3G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and GPS options.

Additionally, the handset comes with support for 21 regional languages while the apps pre-loaded on the handset include Intex zone, Opera mini, OLX, Intex Service,Clean Master, Ask Me, Pedometer PRO, Myntra, Matrabhasha and Newshunt. It boasts of its Double tap to wake up feature, Responsive gesture recognition and Smart shortcuts feature.
