Smartphone manufacturer Intex, has launched a new smartphone offering in India- Intex Aqua Power. This dual sim smartphone is powered by a 1.4GHz octa-core MediaTek (MTK6592M) processor and runs on Android 4.4.2 KitKat. It features a 5-inch (480×854 pixels resolution) FWVGA IPS display. It comes with 1 GB of RAM and 8 GB of inbuilt storage (expandable up to 32 GB). It sports an 8 mega pixel rear camera with LED flash and auto-focus while it has a 2 mega pixel front-facing camera. The camera is equipped with features like Panorama shot, HDR, voice capture, live photo mode, face beauty, smile shot and face detection. It packs a 4000 mAh battery, which is claimed to deliver up to 11 hours of talk time and up to 500 hours of standby time.

As connectivity options, it includes 3G, GPRS/ EDGE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth and Micro-USB. The dimensions of the phone are 141 x 71.9 x 9.3 mm. This smartphone features USB-OTG function and pedometer.

It is powered by a 1.2 GHz Quad Core processor and runs on Android 4.4.2 KitKat processor. It features a 5 inch (720 x 1280 resolution) display. It sports an 8 mega pixel rear camera and a 2 mega pixel front camera. It comes with 1 GB RAM, 8 GB ROM and 2500 mAh battery.

While Panasonic Eluga S also comes with similar features and is priced slightly higher with a price tag of Rs. 9999 (Snapdeal) is powered by Octa Core processor and runs on Android Kit-Kat 4.4 operating system. It features 5 inch IPS display. It sports an 8 mega pixel rear camera and 5 mega pixel front facing camera or the selfie camera. It has 1 GB RAM and 8 GB internal storage. It packs a 2100 mAh battery.
