Intex has expanded its Aqua series of smartphones with the launch of Intex Aqua Lions 4G. As for specifications, the Aqua Lions 4G packs a 1.3GHz qua-core Spreadtrum SC9832A processor paired with 1GB of RAM. Running Android 6.0 Marshmallow operating system, it features a 5-inch FWVGA display. The screen has resolution of 854×480 pixels and pixel density of 196ppi.
The Aqua Lions 4G houses 8GB of internal memory and supports expandable storage up to 64GB via microSD card. In the camera department, the smartphone sports a 5 mega pixel rear camera with LED flash and a 2 mega pixel front facing camera. Camera features include HDR, Panorama, Face Detection and GIF creation.
Equipped with a 2000mAh battery, the company claims it to deliver up to 8 hours of talk time and up to 350 hours of standby time. Connectivity options which the dual SIM phone offers, include 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and GPS. It comes with G-sensor, Light sensor and Proximity sensor. The phone measures 143.8x72x9.8 mm and weighs 146.7 grams.

The Intex Aqua Lions 4G carries a price tag of Rs. 5,499 and is listed on company’s official website. It comes in Champagne and Grey color options. Availability details are likely to be announced soon.
Recently, Intex had also launched three new smartphones, namely Aqua Crystal, Aqua Supreme+ and Aqua 4.0, priced at Rs. 6,990, Rs. 9,490 and Rs. 4,199 respectively. The main highlight of all three smartphones is that they support 4G VoLTE.
