Intex has launched its new smartphone dubbed the Intex Aqua Life in India. Under the hood, this dual-SIM phone is powered by a 1.3 GHz quad-core MediaTek (MT6582V/X) processor coupled with 512 MB of RAM. Running Android 4.4.2 KitKat operating system, it features a 5-inch FWVGA display with 854×480 pixels resolution. The Aqua Life sports an 8 mega pixel auto focus rear camera and a 2 mega pixel front shooter. Camera features on the handset include Face Beauty, Panorama and Motion Tracker.
Backed up by a 2000 mAh battery, the Aqua Life is rated to deliver up to 300 hours of standby time, up to 5 hours of talk time on 3G networks and up to 7 hours of talk time on 2G networks.
There is 4GB of inbuilt storage which is expandable up to 32GB via microSD card. It measures 134 x 68.2 x 9.9 mm and is listed in Black, White and Blue color options. Connectivity options include 3G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS/AGPS and Micro-USB. It comes pre-loaded with several apps such as Intex Zone, Intex Games Club, Opera Mini, OLX, Newshunt, Saavn, Flipkart, Clik it, Wechat Launcher, Intex Care and Zapak

Specifications of the handset include 1.2 GHz quad-core Spreadtrum SC7731 processor, Android 4.4 KitKat operating system, 5-inch IPS full lamination (1280 x 720 pixels resolution) display, 1 GB RAM, 8 GB of inbuilt storage (expandable up to 32 GB via microSD card), 8 mega pixel auto focus primary camera with LED flash, 5 mega pixel front shooter and a 2000 mAh battery.
Price and Availability
Priced at Rs.5,777, the Intex Aqua Life is now listed on company’s website. There is no word on availability of the handset as of now.
